Mumbai: Veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is set to produce a brand-new Hindi theatrical production titled “Wo Subah Hum Hi Se Aayegi”. The play features actor Imran Zahid alongside theatre debutante Namitaa Sachdeva in the lead roles, with National Award-winning composer Anu Malik providing the musical score. According to the organizers, the play is directed by Tariquee Haameed and written by Dinesh Gautam. It is scheduled to be staged at the Mukti Auditorium on July 5.

Set against the volatile and turbulent backdrop of the 1990s, the narrative follows the journey of a young man who leaves his hometown and ventures out into the world. Armed with nothing but an ambitious dream and an unyielding determination to never give up, the story explores his struggles, resilience, and survival during a defining decade.
